The contract is annual and rent is paid in two instalments : 50% on 1st January and 50% on the 1st June.
MAINTENANCE OF THE PLOT : the owner is responsible for maintenance, including hedges, plants, flowers and lawns.
OCCUPATION: the property may be occupied by parents, children, brothers and sisters up to a maximum of 6 people.
